Philo Ventures is seeking a Utah-based designer who is curious about the people, companies, and industries they design for—and who thrives on transforming ideas into impactful visual experiences, both digital and physical.

This role is for a multifaceted, collaborative designer and natural problem solver. You bring ideas to life across websites, brand identities, and print collateral, always grounding your work in user outcomes. You value cross-disciplinary collaboration and approach design with empathy, iteration, and a constant openness to inspiration from unexpected places.

You Have…

• Must be located in Utah and able to work in-office in Pleasant Grove, UT, 3x/week

• 5+ years of visual design experience (agency experience preferred)

• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating strength in digital and brand design

• A willingness to learn new tools and processes, including AI and emerging creative workflows

• A strong grasp of color, typography, and composition

• Proven experience collaborating closely with teams

• Highly conceptual thinking paired with excellent execution

• Experience working directly with clients, with the ability to understand objectives and translate them into strong creative solutions

• The ability to clearly articulate design thinking—to teammates and in client presentations

• Strong collaboration skills and respect for diverse perspectives and disciplines

• Comfort working under tight deadlines in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
